How to make your body get more energy? Some people may worry that it would lack the energy to undergo a variety of daily activities, especially when coupled with exercise. Here's a quick way to get enough energy to stay active and vigorous.

1. A balanced diet

A person who exercised less than 1 hour a day does not need to eat more calories or eat special foods to increase energy. A balanced diet is enough to give most of the energy is sufficient for physical activity.
